Talent Acquisition Consultant (Client-Facing)
Location - North Carolina, USA

  • Someone with 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or RPO setting, who’s confident working directly with clients or hiring managers.

  • A proactive, consultative recruiter who enjoys solving talent challenges, not just filling roles, and can deliver insight-led recommendations.

  • A strong communicator with attention to detail, able to juggle multiple projects, build lasting relationships, and use tools like ATS/CRM systems or LinkedIn Recruiter effectively.

Talent Acquisition Consultant (Client-Facing)
Location - Dublin, Ireland

  •  5+ years’ experience in 360° or client-facing recruitment, confident in managing client relationships and consistently delivering on hiring needs.

  •  A strategic thinker who can advise on workforce planning, market conditions, and long-term talent strategies.

  •  A commercially aware recruiter with excellent stakeholder skills and the ability to use data, tools, and insight to guide smart
    hiring decisions.
